Meta Ads Agency Pricing in India: 2026 Guide
Management fees, ad budget, pricing models and how to compare quotes.
A Meta Ads agency in India usually charges a monthly management fee, and your ad budget is paid separately to Meta. At DigiGrowInfinity, management starts from ₹15,000 per month for one platform, ₹30,000 for Google and Meta together and ₹60,000 for multi-campaign accounts, plus GST.
This guide explains how agencies price Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram ads), what is included, how much ad budget you need and how to compare quotes.
Two costs: management fee and ad budget
Every Meta Ads project has two separate costs:
- Ad budget — the money you spend on Meta to show your ads. It should be paid from your own ad account, so you keep control and full data.
- Management fee — what the agency charges for strategy, setup, creatives guidance, optimisation, tracking and reporting.
Always ask whether a quote includes ad budget or not. A "₹20,000 package" that includes ad spend is very different from a ₹20,000 management fee.
Common agency pricing models
1. Fixed monthly fee
A set amount every month, regardless of ad spend. Easy to budget and the most common model for small and mid-sized businesses.
2. Percentage of ad spend
The agency charges a share of your monthly ad budget, often with a minimum fee. Common for larger budgets. The risk is that the agency earns more when you spend more, even if results do not improve.
3. Fixed fee plus performance bonus
A base fee plus an agreed bonus when targets such as qualified leads or sales are met. This aligns incentives but needs clear tracking.
4. Pay per lead
You pay for each lead delivered. It sounds safe, but lead quality can suffer if the agency is paid on volume alone. Agree on a clear definition of a qualified lead first.

How much ad budget do you need?
There is no single right number. Work backwards from your target:
- Decide how many qualified leads you need per month
- Estimate your cost per lead from past data or a test campaign
- Multiply: leads needed × expected cost per lead = monthly ad budget
For example, if you need 300 leads and your CPL is around ₹80, plan for about ₹24,000 in ad spend per month. Cost per lead varies widely by industry, city, offer and season. For reference, our client campaigns have ranged from ₹25 CPL for online courses to ₹550 CPL for high-value B2B consulting. See the case studies for details.
What should be included in a Meta Ads management fee?
- Account audit and campaign structure
- Audience and competitor research
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API setup
- Lead form or landing page recommendations
- Ad copy and creative direction
- Regular optimisation and budget management
- Lead quality tracking, not just lead count
- Clear monthly reporting on cost per lead and cost per qualified lead
Creative production (shoots, video editing) and landing page development are often priced separately. Ask what is included.
How to compare agency quotes
- Is the ad budget included or separate?
- Will ads run from your own ad account?
- Who creates the ad creatives?
- How often are campaigns optimised?
- Is tracking and CRM feedback included?
- What is the minimum contract period?
- Can they show real case studies with spend and CPL?
Red flags
- Guaranteed leads or sales without knowing your business
- Ads run from the agency's account, so you lose data if you leave
- Reports that show reach and clicks but not leads or sales
- Very low fees with no clear scope
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum budget for Meta Ads in India?
Meta lets you start with a small daily budget, but you need enough spend to get meaningful data. Most businesses should plan a test budget that can produce at least a few dozen leads before judging results.
Is GST charged on agency fees?
Yes, GST applies to agency management fees in India. Our prices are shown excluding GST.
Do you offer one-time setup instead of monthly management?
Campaigns need ongoing testing and optimisation to stay efficient. Contact us to discuss a setup-only option if your team will manage the account afterwards.
